Xtreme Specialty Services is an industrial and mechanical contractor on the Texas Gulf Coast operating as four divisions. We serve refineries, petrochemical plants and midstream operators with authoritative expertise and infrastructure solutions.
Our mission is to exceed expectations through dependable execution, a highly qualified workforce, an uncompromising commitment to safety, and on-time project delivery.

PEOPLE
Our workforce is the foundation of every operation. Close to 300 people work for Xtreme today, and we hold the recruiting and operational capability to mobilise a further 450 to 500 within weeks when a project demands it. By developing skilled personnel and holding high standards for technical proficiency, we keep execution reliable across all four divisions.
PERFORMANCE
Reliability in industrial and mechanical contracting requires consistent results. Revenue grew roughly 276 percent between 2025 and 2026, and we are resourced to carry projects up to $50 million. Our commitment to heavy-duty performance ensures clients receive the specialized support needed to BUILD, MAINTAIN, and EVOLVE.
POSSIBILITIES
Founded in 2022 as a specialty welding and fired-heater company, Xtreme has since expanded into new construction and mission-critical work. A secured fabrication backlog carries that work through February 2027, and our strategy continues to move toward complex facilities that need full-scale specialty work and close oversight of project assets.
